Onion Bacon Cups ( Appetizers / Starters / Bake )

2 tbsp butter
2 cups chopped onions
75 g grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 slices bacon, finely chopped
8 baked cups

Preheat oven to 250'C. Melt tthe butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook onion in hot butter for 25 minutes until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, cream, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook bacon in a skillet over until crisp. Divide onion mixture amon Baked cups. Sprinkle tops with bacon. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
