Muhalabiah And Mango ( Arabic / Desserts )

2 cups mango juice
2 tbsp. corn flour
cup lukewarm water
1 cup mixed fruits (I use oranges & apples)
1 can of 170g cream
can of 397g sweetened condensed milk & litre water
1 tbsp orange blossom water
1 tbsp ground pistachios for garnish

Heat mango juice and stir till it boils. Dissolve half the quantity of corn flour in 2 tbsp of lukewarm water and add to boiling mango juice. Keep stirring until mixture thickens. Pour mixture into a bowl and add half the mixed fruits. Allow to cool and set. Pour half of cream on top and place the bowl in the fridge. Heat condensed milk adding water and orange blossom water and stir till the mixture boils. Mix remaining corn flour in remaining lukewarm water and stir it into the mixture until it thickens. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add to mango juice mixture and leave it for an hour till it cools to room temperature. Then place the bowl in the fridge till mixture is firm. Spread remaining cream on top and decorate with remaining mixed fruits. Garnish with ground pistachios and serve chilled.
