Macaroni Mousse ( Pasta )

2 cups uncooked, penne pasta
1 can evaporated milk 160ml
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 small fresh red chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
for garnish:
- strips of red bell peppers
- sliced olives

Pre-heat the Oven to 175'C. Grease a baking pan and keep aside. Bring salted water to a boil. Add macaroni. Bring back to a boil. Cook till macaroni is tender. Drain well. Combine macaroni with the rest of the ingredients, except the bread crumbs. Pour into the pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Unmould. Garnish.
