Lamb Noisettes ( Lamb )

4 cuts of lamb leg
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp oil
300 ml lamb stock (dissolve 2 cubes of lamb stock in 300 ml water)
2 bay leaves
rind of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil and butter in a pan and brown lab on both sides. Remove lamb. Add bay leaves and lemon rind and saute for a minute Add lamb and stock. Let it cook for 30 minutes or until lamb is tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
