Grilled Chicken With Roasted Vegetables ( Chicken )
Ingredients:
300 gms chicken breast
herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
vegetables like red peppers, courgettes, aubergine
vegetables for a fresh salad

Method:
Marinate chicken breast in the herbs and then grill. Serve with mixed vegetables (drizzled with olive oil and roasted) and a mixed salad with olive oil and vinegar to taste.
