Garlic Prawns ( Seafood / Starters )

Ingredients:
400 g prawns, shelled and deveined
4 tsp olive oil
40 g garlic, ground finely
1 cup chilli sauce
Lemon wedges

Method:
Apply enough salt to the prawns and leave for half an hour. Heat oil in a fying pan and cook the prawns till just done. Add ground garlic and toss the prawns for about two minutes. Remove from fire. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a small bowl of chilli sauce.
