Fruit Kebab ( Desserts )
Ingredients:
Any kind of fruit (peeled and cubed)
½ cup fine sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp. corn flour
½ can 397g Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can x 170g Cream

Method:
Insert fruit cubes in skewers and arrange the fruit kebabs on a plate. Mix the two kinds of sugar in a pan and heat on low heat until they dissolve. Lift pan from heat. Mix the flour with Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream and add the mixture to the sugar, then place again on fire. Keep stirring on low heat until granules dissolve. Serve directly with fruit kebabs.
Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 30 - 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 - 25 minutes.
