Fried Cauliflower Salad (Cold Mezzah) ( Salads )

400 g cauliflower
1 large tomato
1 medium sized cucumber
a few sprigs each of parsley and mint
1 small raddish
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
oil to deep fry cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces, wash well in hot salted water, drain well using a colander and set aside. Roughly chop rest of the vegetables, mix in a serving bowl and set aside. Gring sesame seeds, along with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt. Check for seasoning and set aside. Deep fry the cauliflower pieces until golden and add them to the chopped salad. Pour the tahina sauce and mix, serve immediately.
