Cowboy Pies ( Baked )

1 cup cooked minced meat
1 egg for glaze
tomato ketchup
1 can black eyed beans
for shortcrust pastry
50 g flour
25 g margarine
cold water

Mix pastry ingredients and knead well. Roll out pastry and line 3 tart tins. Keep aside enough pastry to make 3 rounds to cover the tart tins. Fill 3/4 of each tin with cooked meat, a spoonful of beans and top with tomato ketchup. Brush the underside of the pastry rounds with cold water and place on the tarts as lids. Cut a hole in the middle. Brush with egg. Bake at 200'C for 20 minutes.
