Cottage Cheese Cake ( Desserts / Tea-Coffee-Time )

Ingredients:
100 g margarine, softened
310 g sugar
250 g cottage cheese, cubed
5 eggs
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
60 g chocolate chips
50 g walnuts, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Preheat oven to 180'C. Grease a cake tin with margarine. Beat butter and sugar together until lght and fluffy. Add cottage cheese. Add eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in. Add vanilla esence and mix. Pour batter into cake tin and sprinkle chocolate, walnuts and cinnamon on top. Mix lightly and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool the cake and then turn out.
