Chicken Noodle Soup ( Chicken / Pasta / Soups / Chinese )

100 g boneless chicken
50 g pakchoi
50 g chinese cabbage
50 g carrots, shredded
50 g cooked noodles
30 g chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1 tsp soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cut boneless chicken into thin strips. Cut pakchoi and cabbage into bite size pieces. Bring stock to a boil. Add chicken, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables and noodles. cook further for 3 minutes. Add sauce, spring onions and seasonings. Serve hot.
