Chicken Burger ( Chicken / Burgers )

4 burger buns, halved
4 lettuce leaves
40 gm onion, sliced into rings
For the patties
700 g chicken mince
80 g finely chopped onions
40 g yoghurt
12 g turmeric powder
20 g minced garlic
8 g cumin powder
1 small bunch coriander, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients for the patties. Divide equally into four portions and shallow fry on a griddle till cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Place a lettuce leaf, 10 g onion, 20 g tomato and one patty on each burger bun and repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve with a dip of your choice.
