Carrot Utappam ( Breads / Indian / Breakfast )

cup Rawa (semolina)
cup Wheat flour
cup Rice flour
cup Maida
1 carrot grated
2 pinches Hing (asafoetida)
tsp finely chopped ginger
8 to 10 Curry leaves finely chopped
tsp Chilly powder
tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Mix the flours together with all the ingredients except oil. Add enough water to make a batter of a dropping consistency. Grease a tawa with little oil and heat. Spread a little batter on the hot tawa. Pour a little oil on the sides and cook till brown on the underside. Turn and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with any chutney.
