Cabbage Cheese Cutlets ( Snacks )
2 boiled potatoes
125 g cottage cheese
1 cup cabbage boiled
2 slices bread, shredded
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 small green chilli, chopped
2 onions, chopped
salt and pepper
oil for frying
flour paste, for coating
bread crumbs

Mash potatoe. Mix all ingedients, except last three. Shape into cutlets. Dip in flour paste, roll in cumbs and fry.
