Black Pomfret In Ginger Sauce ( Seafood )

25 ml apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 small bunch spring onions, sliced
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp garlic, chopped finely
900 g black pomfret, sliced

Preheat the oven to 200 'C. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, spring onions, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Place fish slices in a baking dish and drizzle the marinade over them. Bake for 12 minutes. Serve with shredded cabbage sauteed in olive oil.
