Balsamic Chicken ( Chicken )

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
tsp dried rosemary, crushed
2 cloves galic,chopped finely
tsp salt
tsp black pepper, ground
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
low fat cooking spray
3 tsp balsamic vinegar

Rne the chicken and pat dry. Cobine the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle chicken with oil and rub with the herb mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 230'C Spray a pan with cookng spray. Place the chicken in the pan and bake for ten minutes. Turn the chicken over, stirring in 1 tbsp water. Bake for another ten minutes. Turn chicken over again and stir in another tbsp of water. Bake for another ten minutes. Drizzle the vinegar over the chicken in the pan. Transfer the chicken to plates. Stir the liquid in the pan and drizzle over the chicken. Serve with steamed spinach and a tossed mixed salad.
