Baked Tuna with Butter ( Seafood )
20 ml oil
1 onion, sliced
50 gms cabbage, shredded
1 red capsicum, sliced
4 fresh fish fillets
30 ml lemon juice
75 g butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
5 cm fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into strips
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion, cabbage and capsicum over high heat for three minutes. Place n a greased oven-proof dish. Top with fish. Mix butter and garlic. Sprnkle each fillet with lemon juice, then top with ginger strips and half the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200'C for 20 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining garlc butter, then brown under a grill for a few minutes. Serve hot.
When cooked, the fillets will turn opaque to white and will flake easily.
