Ingredients:

1 medium sized cauliflower
3 cloves garlic chopped
135 g tomato paste
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp whole cumin
1 bunch fresh corianer leaves
1 small fresh chopped green chili
salt to taste
1 large onion sliced

Baked Cauliflower ( Vegetarian )

Method:
    In some oil, brown the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies and cumin. Next add the stems of the corianer. Add tomato paste with 1/2 cup water and cook. Next add in the leaves of the coriander and salt. Once cooked, coat whole cauliflower with paste and stuff any holes with paste Put into baking dish and bake at 200'C until tender (about 40 minutes).
