Aaloo Paratha ( Bread / Indian )

2 cups Wheat Flour(extra flour needed to roll the parathas)
1 tsp Butter
Salt to taste
3 Potatoes
3 tbsp coriander leaves
1 Green chilli

Boil the potatoes and mash them well. Chop the Green chilli and corriander leaves. Make a dough out of the wheat flour and salt as for regular rotis, to this add the chopped items and the potatoes and knead well with the butter. Roll them on a floured board into thick parathas and bake on hot tawa on both sides to golden color. Spread butter if needed. Serve hot.
