Stipulations to agreement

1. All transportation of materials and Persons needed to build said clinic will be the responsibility of Port Kar. Should any Person or material be taken, ruined, kidnapped or killed....Said Signator of agreement will be held liable.

2. All materials, once in the Port of Kar, are the responsibility of Port Kar. Hence, if anything is stolen, Port Kar will be responsible to pay to replace it.

3. Payment, upon agreement, will be made as follows: Half due at signing, half due upon completion of clinic.

4. Any and A/all persons that work on this project are gauranteed safety within the region of Port Kar as long as proper ettiquette is followed.
