  • Green Peppers Stuffed with Meat

  • ingredients
  • 4 large green peppers
    25g. tomato paste
    salt and pepper
    50g.grated cheese
    clove of garlic
    75g. chopped onions
    chopped parsley
    400g minced meat
    2 eggs
    olive oil

    Cut off the top of each pepper and remove all the seeds fry onion and garlic, add tomato paste, meat, parsley, cook until meat is done, stirring well
    remove from heat, add the beaten eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Use this mixture to stuff green peppers. When ready, bake in a moderate oven till peppers are done 20 or 30 mins.
