The Review
The Klingon Chancellor Gowron has arrived at Deep Space Nine to...take away Martok's command of the Klingon fleets? I really didn't see any point to that, and felt this was entirely unuseful. Since when Gowron wish to give Martok the honor, yes, it is considered an honor to have your fleet command stripped from you, of fighting the simple, direct fight? As if that weren't enough, Gowron's tactics are downright terrible, sending many Klingons needlessly to their deaths. I can only wonder what this is developing torward.
And yet again we see the infamous Section 31 return. Odo has developed the founder's disease, and after Bashir does research, discovers Section 31 may be behind it's developement, having given it to Odo three years earlier hoping he would spread it to the rest of the link. Well it seems to have worked..
And finally, the fourth and final subplot is the continuing adventures of Wallace and Grommit, er, I mean Kai Winn and Dukat. I will be quite literal, I am sick and tired of this subplot. If the writers were hoping to drag this out to the series finale then I simply wish they started on it later, because the fate of Bajor has become very old, and lost most of it's suspense.

Internal struggles develop between all parties involved in the war.
It has suddenly occurred to me why the writeres of DS9 linked the final episodes together into one final chapter, the plot involves so much setting up that they would have to be linked in order to keep the story together. This episode as a whole really went no where, it just developed more. The Cardassians rebels have called on the help of Starfleet, and Starfleet sends none other that Kira to help. She is a specialist in guerilla tactics and could be the most helpful, but that doesn't mean things work well.
