He's Back...

Boo. Yes, I am back, finally. I spent nearly two weeks away on vacation and I'm happy to see that throughout my abscence angelfire didn't accidentally delete this entire site!! (Grin)
It was a pleasant experience. I spent some time in North Carolina where I had the chance to do a bit of reading, something I really do enjoy. I also got a chance to shoot up some rolls of film on my 52mm Nikon FG. Yes you heard right, Colin is a bit of an amatuer photographer. I look forward to getting the 6, yes 6, rolls I took developed. I do however have an interesting question about the state of North Carolina. I think it's a fine state with many respectable people, but I noticed the speed limits were rather high along the highways. I also noticed some of the lanes were forced to merge due to repairs. Is this an issue in your state? If any of you are from North Carolina I would love for you to fill me in on it. All right, I'll finish rattling on about my vacation, and share what my return means for this site. As you may have noticed, this article itself is not in the main news section along with most other news. It's amazing what things you might think up away from the computer. This is the first in a new section named 'Captain's Log.' I realize it's unoriginal but I'm considering changing it in the future. This is a special column simply for me to talk to you. It may be completely unrelated to Star Trek, such as my blabbering on photography, or it may. Do not expect it to be regularly updated but do check back in the future, for I will occassionally have something to say. At the moment I'm reworking Intel Boy to include this as one of it's features, expect it soon. Thanks everyone, it's good to be back. |
