The official StarTrek.com has been updated with additional production news, the new extra feature of the site. The first of two new updates is more information on "Unimatrix Zero, Part II" and "Critical Care." Here's a summary.

For this week’s shoot of Star Trek: Voyager, episode number 250, “Critical Care,” the Paramount lot has been taken over by the sick and wounded. They are actors, of course, but it is a site to behold as over 50 extras (This is actually really a large number, as in production there are never actually as many people in a scene as it is sometimes made to look, no doubt even these 50 people will look like more. -Colin), all made up to look wounded or sick, mill about the catering trucks, cafeteria lines, or the studio store while on their lunch break. “Critical Care,” is an episode featuring the Doctor (Robert Picardo) and is set aboard a multi-level hospital ship.

You can read it here. While another update has also been made just today with Tim Russ' most memorable Trek moment. Which really is fascinating, after a run-in with "Hamlet." Read it here.
