We all like to play an occassional computer game right? Word at the Continuum says that a new game currently under developement will be playable through the internet site. Star Trek fans will soon be able to strategize galactic conquest of the Star Trek universe, all from the comfort and safety of their own PC's. "Star Trek: ConQuest Online" is a new online-only game from Activision, set in the Star Trek: The Next Generation timeline that will allow gamers to compete with each other over the Internet, via StarTrek.com. "'Star Trek: ConQuest Online' represents a whole new experience for gamers and Star Trek fans alike," says Mitch Lasky, Executive Vice President, Activision Studios. "The organic nature of the online gaming experience, combined with the depth of content present in the Star Trek universe, promise to deliver compelling scenarios and endless strategies for players to pursue."
