Dax's return
| Production Number 553 |
Summary
The Review
The characters were themselves, the acting was well-done, and I found the situation interesting, but this was also very bland. I would have appreciated a bit more depth, it could have gone farther.
Rating: B+

As things cool down and return to somewhat normal, Ezri Dax faces a difficult situation: To remain on DS9 or not. It is a struggle as Worf refuses to accept her, and she comes to begin to doubt her own abilities as a counsellor.
When you have a bland episode, there's really very little to talk about. This episode was important and necessary, and I'm glad it happened. It gave true reason for Ezri being in the cast, not just because she signed on and Paramount says so.
