Tips & Stragety
Combos ~
- Rattacate's Super Fang then Jynx's Meditate = 1 prize
- Pokedex then Bill = 2 cards you wanted from the top 5 cards from your deck
- Energy Removals until your opponent can't attack then Dragonair's Hyper Beam all day long = 1 prize (just imagine Charizard and you'll see why. However this doesn't work very well with Raindances, Energy Trans, or pokemon that only needs 1 energy to attack)
Strategy (The Parts of Playing the game) ~
- Try to keep one pokemon on your bench until he's built up with energy. After that one gets built up, place another pokemon. Do this unless you have a purpose for a non-built-up pokemon.

Tips (Things That Might Help That Aren't Really Game Play) ~
- Keep your hand closed up so your opponen can see only the back side of one card. Some players can learn a lot by just looking at the back side of your whole hand. Just remember, you must tell how many cards you have if he asks.
- Don't give out any expressions or even sign of your status. You can be amazed how many poeple can read your hand just by looking at your face. Also, try not to fake it out either. Some people can pick out the actors who play Pokemon; thus, it's better to keep a straight face.
- Look for any signs of your opponent's status. Check if he's humming, slouching, keeping his face in his hand, or anything. This is one part of decoding your oponents hand. Just be careful of actors.
- Check if one of his card is worned down a lot. That could be a sign of a good card (or just a careless player) . People can hide this, but people wouldn't purposely fake it. Who'd want to do that!
- If your opponent is building up more energy on pokemon than neaded, it is a sign of something sneaky. It would either be an evolution, super potions, super energy, or anything that involves extra energy
- Look at how many cards your opponent has. This is a way to evaluate his options.
- In building a deck, think of all the possble things it might go through. That includes the chances of picking up a card and what you might go against
