When the
even was come, there came a rich man of
Arimathea, named Joseph, who also
himself was Jesus' disciple: He went to
Pilate, and begged the body of
Jesus.
Then Pilate commanded the
body to be delivered. And when Joseph
had taken the body, he wrapped it in a
clean linen cloth, and laid it in his
own new tomb..
...which he had hewn out in the rock:
and he rolled a great stone to the door
of the sepulchre, and departed.
Mary Magdalene and Mary,
the mother of Jesus, beheld where he was
laid.

As portrayed in Matthew 28
And very early in the
morning, the first day of the week, they
came unto the sepulchre at the rising of
the sun.
Behold, there was a great
earthquake, for the Angel of the Lord
descended from heaven, and came and
rolled back the
stone from the door and sat on
it.
His countenance was like
lightning, his raiment white as
snow;
And they said among themselves, Who
shall roll away the stone from the door
of the sepulchre????
The angel, seeing their
fear, said to them: "Fear not ye, for I
know ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
He is not here: for He is risen as He
said. Come, see the place where the
Lord lay."
To me, the most important
reason we celebrate Easter is because of
Resurrection of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ!! May getting to know Him
in a deeper way truly be the
center of our focus this Easter..

Christ into your heart to be your Savior
and Lord...why don't you take the time
to do so now?
After seeing how He laid His life down
for yours, are you willing to give your
life completely to Him? Its a decision
you will never regret!!
If you are wondering how to do that, just bow your head, and pray silently to God...asking Him to forgive you of your sins, and then while believing that He just did forgive you of them instantly...pray and ask Him to come into your heart to live...to be your Lord and Savior.
