| Product description Neutral degreasing liquid for removing animal, vegetable and mineral oil residues from metal surfaces |

| Directions for use Tank cleaning. Equipment used : tankcleaning & cargo pumping systems. For non-drying oils, pre-wash 1 hour with water at 50 deg.C For drying and semi-drying oils, pre-wash 1 hour with cold water. Re-circulation. Make solution of 5% product in water. Volume of solution to be approx. 1% of tank capacity. Heat to 45-60 deg.C. Using cargo pumps, recirculate through washing machines for 2-6 hours. Transfer solution to next tank. Rinse washed tank with water. One solution is good for 2 to 3 tanks. Spraying. After pre-wash, spray pure product on all surfaces, ensuring complete coverage. Allow to soak for 30-60 minutes. Rinse with tankcleaning system and water at 60deg.C for 1 hour. |

| Important properties | chemeast Nute HCF is safe on all common surfaces. Ideal for zinc silicate coatings
where alkaline products are incompatible. Can be used as part of cleaning program to hydrocarbon-free status. |
| Safety data | Product is waterbased, containing glycol ethers and ethoxylated alkyl phenols. While not carrying a UN transport no., the vapours of the solvent components are those corresponding to a Class IIIA combustible liquid. Product is an irritant to skin, eyes and respiratory system. Wear safety goggles, gloves, protective suit and organic vapour filter respirator if spraying manually. Comply with regulations covering work in enclosed spaces. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using. Store in tightly closed container in area suitable for storage of combustibles. |
