| CHEMEAST Degreaser HD | |
Description |

| Degreaser HD is a heavy
duty degreaser for tough jobs, especially in bilges and tanks and other badly or thickly
fouled areas. It is SAFE to use on all metals. It can be used on good paintwork on engine
surfaces but for paint tolerance a small area testing is recommended. This product can be used for removal of bunker oils and fats and greases. The product forms a stable emulsion. |

Use instructions |

Surface / manual cleanings: Spread undiluted with handsprayer or brush. Let it soak for 15-30 minutes. Rinse with HP or LP water. Intermediate brushing helps to loosen thicker deposits. For lighter contaminated surfaces you may dilute Degreaser HD for above application way with water up to ratio 1:50 depending on the amount of contamination. Minimum dilution ratio to water is 1:5. (Gels if more product is mixed into water) |

| Tank cleaning:
Spot cleanings as described for manual applications above. In tough tank cleanings spray product undiluted to the surfaces and follow with butterworth washing. In direct injection dose 2 ltr Degreaser HD per m3 wash water. Inject for at least 20 minutes and / or one full tankcleaning cycle. By recirculation method, prepare a 1-5% solution into the tank depending again on the quantity of contamination and recirculate a minimum of one hour. Do not exceed temperature 60C in any application of this product |

| Water system cleaning:
Prepare a solution of 1 to 5% strength into the system to be cleaned. Recirculate with the system pump for ca. 8 hours. Drain and refill the system with fresh water twice, recirculating each fill for 2 hours before disposing. Use the product only in well ventilated areas. |
