I love movies,and I mean all kinds of movies.I've never seen a movie I didn't like,and that's the truth.No matter how bad a movie is I always have some kind of like or respect for it,simply because it's a movie.The only movies I have any kind of problem with are action movies,but that's probably some kind of rebellion since my father watches them constantly.Action movies tell the plot in about five minutes and the rest of the movie is just gunshots,explosions,and five hundred bad guys with machine guns getting their butts kicked by one guy with a bow and arrow and survival knife.But my hate of action movies might be a little hypocritical since my favorite movies are horror movies.Like my father,who runs off to the theatre every time a new action movie comes out,I rush off to the theatre every time a horror movie comes out.Horror movies tell the plot in about five minutes and then the rest is of the movie is knives,blood,guts,and, if it's an 80's horror movie,nudity.But there's something that draws me to them.Action fans say they like the rush action movies give them.The machine guns and explosions excite them or something.Maybe that's why I love horror movies.The scares are my explosions,the stabs,blood,and guts are my gunshots. I get nothing from watching five hundred unnamed enemies mowed down by machine gun fire.They might as well just be mannequins standing there and getting shot with a paintball gun.But when you watch a horror movie,you know the people that are getting killed.You got to know them,to like them, or hate them,and then you saw them die.And for some reason,that's better to me.And no matter how unrealistic a horror movie may be,I enjoy it.I don't know why.
