The evaluation had three phases.
First, the participants were invited to write or draw on two large posters spread on the floor: in the rucksack they should express concretely what they would be taking home from the course; in the rubbish bin they should express concretely what they wanted to leave in Bebrusai.
Second, everyone had to choose a symbol representing the course and explain to the whole group what this meant.
Third, an evaluation questionnaire was distributed for completion.

9.6 Quotations from the evaluation questionnaire
I want to know how many cost the good weather. It was interesting to prepare meals in the kitchen with people from abroad.
It is a possibility to create and lead an exercise in the group. My exercise was successful and I can use it in other groups. A new information from the team and new practise in activities which was made by participants.
I see now how I can practise this experiential learning. We've received enough practical advice from the team to go on some time on our own.
I didn't expect all of this. I thought it would be like lectures in the university, but it was a lot better.
It helps a lot, because now I can develop my work with basic theory of experiential learning. Before I just do a lot of action, now is the time for reflection.
My stay in Lithuania was confusing, enriching, confronting, learning, interesting, missing things, take, give....
I learned to be aware of a lot of things. Now I'm not afraid to go with groups of young people for hiking.
I am happy that I was not only as participant in group, but as leader too. I think that 4 activities and 4 reflections in one day is too much, but reality was such.
It was different, but I met myself.
On the whole I liked methods and workshops. Although I would do some things differently. That's why we are people.
Maybe I have to pay more attention to the 'belly' and be aware of feelings.
I feel more personal growth than professional. But maybe I needed the first to develop the second. This was the third time I had the chance to follow such a course and I feel I really learned a lot. In the first two with my head - this time with my belly.
I got very good basis for my new organisation, where I would like to work with youth. And it was very useful for my professional work in the hospital as chief doctor.
Confrontation with other cultures is good for knowing how human beings are.
It helped me to be more closer to the people I worked with!!! It will help me in my work with children and young people!!!
My stay in Lithuania was unexpected, illuminating, fun, challenging, emotional, frustrating, terrible, wonderful, practically everything....
Do you think that if you intend to cook for 30 persons you need the appropriate equipment?
I'm going to use the method, so it was important
The first words that I think I will say when I get home are:
Hello Rumba!!! (that's my dog)
.... home sweet home... but I think that there will be a feeling something is missing
I want to go back because that place is BLESSED!!!
Let's work on experiential learning....
Let me sleep
please!!! leave me alone
It was beautiful!
What. Was. That........
Good morning, agenda for today's seminar is...
I don't know how to say.....
OK; I am at home finally, but I feel that I miss my Bebrusai team already
I am tired, and leave me alone!!!
I had a great time
No, I will not speak.
