The Yorkshire Terrier "Yorkies" is the pride and joy of the Yorkshire Kennels. This is the dog that we first started breeding and has made our kennel such a succes.
The "Yorkies" are such a popular dog. Everyone is wanting one because these dogs stay so small their entire life span. Not only that but this is one of the main dogs that movie stars and celebrities get.
A "Yorkies" life span is usually 10-15 years. They get anywhere from 3-9 inches in height, meaning to the top of there shoulders. And anywhere from 4-13 inches in length. They have long, beautiful, thick, silky hair that has no undercoat. The pups require so much brushing and cleaning
One great thing about these pups is they don't shed at all. Don't pamper your "Yorkie" to much as it will get so confused. Hard to house train but so easy to love.
