Where Our Love Forever Keeps
I walk out of the bathroom in my short, cotton, baby
doll gown.
I see the sparkle in your eyes as I shake my hair out,
and let it fall down.
I stand and watch your beautiful eyes as you slide
over to the edge of the bed,
and brush the hair back from my face.
I feel a jolt of electricity run through my body as
your body moves close to mine,
and I fall into bed into your embrace.
I feel your hand brush across my skin, and then up to
my face,
I feel you roll over me with your lips on my neck, as
you are holding me in your arms,
and running your fingers through my lace.
For this moment I feel safe in your arms as the world
around us just fades away.
Let your love remove me from this life across the moon
and stars, to the milky way.
I feel safe just being in your arms so close to you
this way tonight.
To touch you, to feel you so close, to run my hands
across your chest feels so right.
To look into the sea of brown in your eyes and to see
the love there,
This makes me feel safe knowing you love me so much,
and that you really care.
Did you know when I saw you, I saw my hero lying there
next to me?
Angels may not have wings, but did you know that you
were the angel
I'd Hoped to find laying there next to me?
I look down as the night takes us into the fading
dreams of sleep,
And I smile as I see your hands laced through mine,
pressed tightly under my breast,
as we fall fast into our dreams of you and I where our
love forever keeps.
