Zero the Dog
The faithful dog, always one of those. Well, Zero is quite obviously a dog, a translucent, flying dog, but never the less. He is Jack's loyal friend, and the only real animal aspect in the movie. Zero serves the purpose of a supporting character with no real influence on the story untill near the end. Let's put it this way, Zero's nose is bright red and lights up like a light bulb. Get the picture?
