:: Southeastern Neshoba County section ::

Northern Terminus

The northern terminus of MS 491's southern section is at Neshoba CR 733. This is also MS 486's eastern terminus. This is an odd place since the road that connects the two parts of MS 491, CR 729, intersects MS 491 a couple of miles south of here. "To MS 491" signs are placed at the CR 729 junction, while the northern couple of miles of MS 491 is signed as "To MS 486 West."




:: Northeastern Neshoba County section ::

Southern Terminus

The southern terminus of MS 491's northern section is at MS 16. Neshoba CR 729 continues south to near the MS 486/491 junction. (Turn right at CR 733.).

Northern Terminus

The northern terminus of MS 491 is on MS 21 in northeastern Neshoba County.
