I clearly saw it for what it is. Pretty darn
funny. You ought to do one
for all ten schools (I still don't count the
Hawgs and SC as official SEC
members.) You have to be able to laugh at
yourself in this world of ours.
Send a note to the Vent, attach a few of the
positive comments from Rebels
and tell them to lighten up. I want to
congratulate you. You seem to have
overcome the 4 or so years you spent
in Stark Vegas.

We beat you in football, we
went to the sweet sixteen in basketball, we're about to beat you in baseball and
finish second in the west behind LSU. Maybe you should rethink this
website idea. I know, it sounded like a good idea when you and your friend
were talking about it while smoking a joint behind the cheese factory. But
as you can see, it's just not panning out.

that baseball prediction work out?

Well, I must admit that you have a really nice website. And, there are
actually some funny things on there. But, honestly, I can't begin to
comprehend why on earth you would put so much effort and time into a website
just to make fun of Ole Miss fans. You're probably one of those dawgs who
likes to find message boards of our opponents and tell them how horrible,
classless, and racist we are. When we played Iona, there were more State
fans on their board than Ole Miss fans. Now, I realize there are a few
people on the Vent who spend way too much time talking about State and what's
on Gene's Page. But, you must understand the posts on the Rebel Vent mostly
come from the same people day in and day out. And, speaking as a student, I
promise you that the average Rebel fan could care less about what's going on
in Starkville unless we're down there playing the Dawgs.

I love the site! I love the articles! I love the
pictures! And I really love reading the Ole Miss fans responses! I just wish you

What a cool site. I
haven't stopped laughing since I found it and have e-mailed this site to all of
my pals. Needless to say they are MSU fans. Anyway, keep up the good
work. We (MSU fans) need you to off set Dave Childers, AKA Col. Reb on the
Ole Miss Rivals site, and his biased, liabelous journalism.

Never have I laid eyes on a site that was so
funny, yet so true at the same time. You are brilliant with your incorporation
of fact and satire, and the resulting product is both witty and comedic.
As
an alumn of Mississippi State University who has several friends who have
attended the U-of-iMaginations in Oxford, I can tell you that you have captured
the exact attitude they exude when it comes to their athletic programs.
Keep
up the good work! Your pursuit of truth will eventually help even the most
misguided Rebel see the rays of enlightenment.
