I can't make the initials on the certificate be "A. L." but the date and place are correct. Jerry Chandler has visited his grave, Westview Cemetery, Site #181, Atlanta, GA. Jerry says the grave is very close to a large statue of a Civil War Soldier. Allen Lacey is to the right, in the top circle of the spiral next to the soldier.
