SEXUAL PREFERENCE: Heterosexual (I added this 'cause of a HUGE big-time talk and questions about it on the 'net. Yeah, he did kiss Mulder(on his left cheek), but he didn't mean it in that way. Besides, the first love scene ever in The X-Files History between him and Marita, pretty much confirmed that he was indeed hetero. So I personally believe he's hetero)

Beats up Skinner in a stairway and stole the digital tape
Sold secrets from the tape to other governments
Held a Russian boy that was infected by "Purity" (black oil) in captive in poor conditions and starved him in trade for the vaccine
Has the ability to control Skinner's health and even kill him by using nano-technology
Murdered Dr. Sandoz, by shooting him

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Lost his left arm - in Tungusta to save himself from being tested on "Purity" or the Black Oil.(Tungusta) Now he has a prosthetic arm to replace it, which gives him a great capability to still fulfull the name 'Ratboy'.

Although, Krychec did eventually get infected with "Purity", he's not infected anymore (Piper Maru/Apocrypha)

BACKGROUND: His parents were Russian emmigrants but he was raised in the states.

EDUCATION: FBI Training Academy at Quantico.

RELATIONS:

WITH THE SYNDICATE

He started out working for CSM, by that meaning, carrying out his orders and as such, but then seemed to work alone for his own life and sake, to somehow fight and survive the colonization. Then started to work for the Well-Manicured Man (WMM). Currently it seems he's back to working for himself. He now knows of "nano-technology".

WITH WMM

He brought "purity" vaccine to WMM (in trade of money) and agrees with WMM's that they must resist the colonists. He even gives Mulder info to find the "Rebel" aliens.

AS A SOVIET DOUBLE AGENT

He seems to have some kind of a high power in Russia, because he sent a man to destroy the "purity" vaccine project.

WITH MULDER

The young, overly eager Krycek, was assigned as a new partner for Mulder, in the beginning when the X-Files got shut down and the government split-up Mulder and Scully. Krycek was sent to Mulder to watch and keep tabs on him, then to report back to CSM. Mulder, not knowing this, seemed to trust him very briefly, then became highly suspicious of him during and after Scully's disappearance. Then he was wanted by Mulder because he killed Mulder's father. Now it seems like everytime Mulder see Krycek, Krycek is up to no good and always beating him up.

HISTORY OF NAME:

Krycek means "rat" in Eastern Europe, According to Howard Gordon (wrote "Sleepless").
Krycek also probably came from a character in "INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS", which is one of Chris Carter's favorite movies.
Krycek is not a Russian name; it's likely Czechoslovakian.
"Arntzen" is said to be a German name.
