LAST WORDS BEFORE DEATH: 'Trust No One'
BACKGROUND:
He used to work
for the CIA and was in Vietnam when the Marines shot down the
E.B.E. that he had to later kill (part of an international agreement that
whoever found the first E.B.E. would dispose of it). He, Bill Mulder, and
CSM, were all part of the Black Ops operating within the military.
In 1991, another u.f.o. was shot down and CSM and Deep Throat met.
Deep Throat demands the alien to be killed as "Part of UN Security
Council Directive 1013, Which states that 'Any country capturing an entity
is responsible for its' eXtermination'." CSM states that the alien
would help the progression of "Bill Mulder's Project." The 2 flipped
a coin, and Deep Throat eXecutes the alien.
