History
The X-Phile eXpedition is a weekly X-File fan newsletter, that I created. I really wasn't intending it to be a newsletter but the more I thought about it, the more it became a newsletter. It all started back in Junw of '98 by me wanting to get my circle of X-Phile friends into a closer group, because we just kinda keep on drifting apart. So I thought we'll start by sending a X-File related topic and if anyone has something to say, then they can write on the the e-mail and forward it to everyone else.

Well, then, I suggested this idea to my good friend Dana(screen name), and she suggested that we should just do a newsletter. I agreed and she set-up our "office", which is The X-Phile eXpedition Office. Our office was inaugurated June 28, 1999.

Dana is the eXecutive Editor of The X-Phile eXpedition.
 

The Sections

Below are the main sections that the eXpedition has. Usually the sections below is what the eXpedition features every week, but every now and then, we have sections that re-occurs in the eXpedition.

The X-File Headlines

    -I put all of the recent news in the world of X-Files or
     anything else that has any relation to The X-Files.

X-Episode Reviews
Done By: LVxPhile

    -This is the episode reviews. I usually, eXplain what
     happens in the episode, share my personnal thoughts,
            and rate  it.

X-Fanfic Reviews
Done By: Dana

    -Dana, does the fanfic reviews. She eXplains what
     happens, gives her opinions, and rates it as well.

X-Quiz
Done By: LVxPhile

    -This is the X-Quiz, where I'll give around five X-File
     related questions. And they're not always sooo easy...

Shipperville
Done By: Dana

    -Dana, who's a 'Shipper at heart, does this section.
     This section is dedicated to all the 'Shipper fans out
             there!! In  Shipperville, there'll be something Shipper
     related, such as  a Shippy scene, shippy quote, Shippy
     website, or something  like that.

Weekly Quotes

    -Everyone out there knows at least one quote, whether
     it'll be  a Mulderism or Scullyism, or something
     infamous such as the  "The Truth is Out There". Here we
    bring some of the funniest and memorable, X-Filish
            quotes.

Did You Know?

     -Of course The X-Files has all kinds of interesting,
      weird,  or gross things that even the fans don't know,
      so you'll hear some goodies here.
 

Q and X

    -A show that's compleX, weird, and confusing as The
     X-Files  can stir-up a lot of questions and make you
            wonder forever.  And only one person knows all the
    answer to, his name is  Chris Carter. But you can ask a
     question, and other X-Philes  and myself will try to at
     least come-up with some kind of a possible answer.

eXtra

    -Sometimes Dana and/or I find something that's really
     interesting and we wanna share it!! So that's what we
             do here.

eXquisite Songs

     of  them are even made by our very own members!

     Also,  sometimes, there'll be rumors and spoilers about

Other Info

The newsletter is a weekly, I try to pass it out to everyone on Sundays. But if anything urgent comes up, like I'm sick, some kind of family emergency, or having some kind of a school-work overload, then I'll at least give a notice that the weeks' issue is gonna be delayed. The cost for the newsletter is 0 cents. It does NOT COST ANYTHING! Totally free and for entertainment value only!

Oh and the Editors can ALWAYS USE HELP!!! If you know/have anything related to the X-Files and/or it's stars, please e-mail them to me!! I ALWAYS give credit where it's due!!! We almost always accept any articles/news or even if it's just a rumor!!
