Your site needs not be Wiccan or Pagan oriented, but it must display creative talent for conveying whatever subject it's about.
I WILL NOT accept sites containing pornography, nudity or excessive swearing, in other words, I'll only accept sites up to a PG level rating (I judge which sites this excludes and qualifies).
It CANNOT be a racist site of any kind, it CANNOT put down other races, religions, and whatever else I may find offensive. IT MAY show your own views, but NOT in a way that puts others down.
Sites must be creative and original in design, and convey good information on Wicca, Paganism, or some other Earth Spirituality related religion.
This award is not given lightly, your page MUST not contain excessive swearing and pornography, and it MUST contain good information on Earth Spirituality, I WILL NOT ACCEPT sites that only have links, you must have some real information, and I won't accept sites that are only full of spells and rituals.

I'd like it if your site contained some of your own opinions and views, not just information taken out of a book, it must have some real meaning to it.

REMEMBER, if I find something else displeasing or vulgar about your site that wasn't specifically mentioned in the qualifications, you STILL WON'T win the award, not everyone wins, and I have very high specifications for especially those sites who win my second award.
