Okay, here's the deal: I have spent over a year making this site, so I'm not about to let it go to waste. Whomever I choose for this position will not be completely alone. I will teach them some trademarks of the site along with a few tips. I will also check on them and the site atleast once a week. I will not descriminate against anyone based on age, ect. as long as they have valid qualifications. The only major rule that I have is that the title of the site stay the same, and that it continues to be open to all age groups!
