The Royal Jordanian Falcons team members demonstrate the aeronautical and technical knowledge in the Hashimite King dome of Jordan.
The Royal Jordanian Falcons team consists of four pilots, they are required to posses the experience and aeronautical knowledge in order to successfully meet the requirements and the standards to perform accurate aerobatic maneuvers with agility and safety in mind.
The pilot selection is made among current Royal Jordanian Air Force fighter pilots who posses more than 600 hours of actual pilot in command of jet fighter hours. The selected pilots are from the elite of the Air Force and they undergo a comprehensive aerobatics instructions in order to fly formation aerobatics. As a matter of fact, they are required to fly 70 hours of individual aerobatics instruction before they can perform formation Aerobatics. Moreover, when the pilots successfully complete their aerobatics instruction they move on to formation aerobatics.
Aerobatics critique is available from
the Team's manager who is responsible for the entire operation of the Royal
Jordanian Falcons. The team usually flies two four ship sorties a day as
the Air show season approaches.
