Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are two of the outer Sailor Scouts and they are at first seen by some of the scouts and they don't know whether they are enimies from the Negaverse or two more Sailor Scouts.
At first Amara is mistaken for a cute boy in Serena and Mina's eyes. They come to realize that she is a girl when they're looking for Amara and Michelle points to a girl, that's Amara! Sailor Uranus and Neptune are looking for Pure Heart Crystals to save the world. They later find out that they are holders of Pure Heart crystals which turn into talismans. Sailor Uranus' talisman is the sword.
