Angel I Do

My soul cleansed of all past regrets

It all started the first day we met

I knew right away as my pulse raced

When your smile broadened with a true glow upon your angelic face

If I knew anything, I know one thing

This is the way its supposed to feel

To know love so real

I would raise hills into mountains

Build streams into seas

Just to look into your eyes to see

This love you return to me

I really never knew love existed til you

I only thought I knew

But you came to me as sweet as can be

And now my heart is yours for eternity

Heaven sent me an Angel to love me forever

To take my hand, side by side, together

To feel a warmth so special and rare I never felt before

I could never dream of anything more

I breathe fresh air every morning now when I awake next to you

There isn't a feeling in the world like this

And I am sure glad I didn't get passed by and missed

Because Angel I do

Truly love you.
