I love these, but they're the hardest kind to find--good ones, at least. The beauty of these is that if you're really needing a fix and have seen every X-Files episode a hundred times, these will get you through the day. Usually the writer of a casefile will stay within the parameters of the show (and they're usually Vince Gilligan worshippers like me)...but sometimes Mulder and Scully get to be a little naughty. It's really a shame that these works most likely won't ever be shown on the small screen, but often, the imagination is even better...
