This is an intermediate level HEMP creation. With the half knot and the square knot, it can get a little hard for a beginner.

This is a very basic HEMP creation. All it is, is a braid with beads here and there. Anyone can do this.

This is a slightly more complicated necklace then what you buy in most stores. Once again, it has the half and square knot. The main type of bead on this necklace is the femo bead. Femo is a clay you can mold and bake until it becomes hard. The designs on some of them can be quite complicated and rally nice.
This necklace is a little bit easier to make then the femo one. The beads are a LOT more expensive though. The center bead on this necklace alone was 4 dollars. Glass beads can range from .50 cents to 5 dollars or more depending on how big it is, how much color is used and the amount of effort that was put into it. (Most glass beads are made by hand.)
There is no special reason for this necklace to be shown, I just though it looked cool. The centerpiece mushroom is made out of femo and can be broken very easily. It cost me 5 dollars just for one of them. Making HEMP jewelry can be a pretty expensive hobby.

This necklace is one of the most popular ones. You can buy them in the store between 10-20 dollars, but they only cost about 5 dollars to make. You can buy wooden beads at any dollar store of craft store of Wal-Mart...etc. And the HEMP it's self ranges from 25 cents to a dollar a foot, depending on the thickness and if it's waxed or not.
So like I said, making your own HEMP jewelry can be very expensive. I have over 400 dollars worth of beads that I have bought over the past year or so. If you don't think you're going to get into making your won jewelry seriously, it's not worth going out and buying 50 bucks worth or beads.
