Jessica Wakefield, from Sweet Valley Middle School, has always imagined winning gold in gymnastics. Now her looks like her dream may become a reality!
Jess has always been a member of the school's cheerleading team, and when she tries out for the gymnastics team, she also makes it! That's not the exciting part though .... this team wil be competing at the California Games!
Jess knows she's good enough to win - that is, until she meets Dawn Maven, the star gymnast of one of Sweet Valley's opposition teams. Dawn's good - but she's also ruthless. She'll stop at nothing to beat Jessica, and take the gold.
