Suicune is the star of Crystal, and you know that you can see Suicune running around after you free it, right? Suicune will only appear in specific locations:

 

The first spot is the one and only, Burnt Tower. You see, it has changed after a year from Gold/Silver. Awaken the legendary Pokémon and watch as Suicune gets left behind, only to look at you for a few seconds.

 

The second time Suicune appears is at the top of Cianwood City. After it runs away, you'll be challenged by a new trainer named Eusine, who is also looking for Suicune to train by himself. He has Drowzee Lv. 23, Haunter Lv. 23, and Electrode Lv. 25. He'll run away as soon as you beat him, but this isn't the last time you'll meet him.

 

Now that you chased Suicune ran away, it will appear in front of one of the Mount Mortar entrances. Once you get out of Ecruteak City by going right, you'll see once entrance to Mount Mortar. Surf once until you see another entrance. Down below you'll see some apricorn trees and Suicune! Cut your way through and chase it away.

 

Next, Suicune will appear in front of a berry tree in Route 32 after the second way through the Bug Catching Contest. After you meet it, it will run away once again.

 

Go to the Tin Tower in Ecruteak City. You'll meet 3 trainers called the Wise Trio who won't let you go to Suicune. They are here to protect it. They will tell you the story of the area's two towers, and then challenge you to a battle only if you have the Clear Bell. You will recieve that somewhere else in the game.

Once you have acess to the other tower, Suicune will put you to the test. You'll meet Suicune, Raikou, and Entei grouped together. You'll have the chance to capture Suicune now. When you meet one of the legendary Pokémon, listen to the cool music while you battle them! Remember, there's only one so don't blow it!
